1 flank steak
2 cups soy sauce
2 cups water
4 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
Fresh Ginger, peeled and grated (to taste)
Place steak in shallow pan. Cover with soy sauce, water, and garlic. Grate ginger over top of steak. Marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning over once.
Broil or grill to medium rare. Slice thinly across the grain of the meat.
