Beef Pulkogi (Korean Fire meat)

2 lbs beef, sliced into thin strips

Marinade:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp apple juice
Dissolve cornstarch into cold soy sauce. Stir in sugar and apple juice. Bring to boil over medium heat until sauce thickens. Then add:
3 Tbsp minced garlic
3Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
Stir together and let cool.

Pour over meat. Marinate overnight, in fridge. Broil beef strips 2 minutes on each side.

Wash lettuce, fill with rice, top with beef, add bean sprouts if desired, roll up and eat like a taco.
